I’m Steph and I’m grateful you’ve found me!
I embody honest, genuine, authentic, humourous, non-judgmental connection, holding space to explore scary, hard, messy, dark thoughts, behaviours, habits, and experiences from alternate perspectives.
I enjoy my family and friends, yoga, Eastern Philosophy, meditation, learning new things, reading, exploring, laughing, connecting with nature, photography, art, poetry and weird and wonderful conversations.
