My Therapeutic Approaches

What is Feminist Existential Narrative Therapy?

Blending feminist principles with existential and narrative therapy techniques, this approach emphasizes the importance of personal narrative in shaping identity while addressing the social and cultural contexts that influence our experiences and encouraging the search for meaning, purpose and engagement with life.

What is Internal Family Systems Therapy?

An approach that brings self-awareness and compassion to the multiplicity of the mind - each part with its own distinct perspectives, emotions, and roles, often interacting like members of a family and sometimes leading to internal conflict and distress.

What is Expressive Arts Therapy?

A holistic approach using creative processes—like art, music, dance, drama, and writing—to facilitate healing and personal growth. It encourages individuals to express their thoughts and feelings in a non-verbal way, helping to access deeper emotions and insights.

What is Mindfulness?

A combination of traditional therapeutic practices and mindfulness techniques to foster greater awareness and acceptance of the present moment and observe thoughts and feelings without judgment, helping you cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.
